Cricket Coaching with Darren Gough
Cricket fans – don’t miss this exclusive opportunity for some cricket coaching. It’s arguably the best game in the world and you could have former captain of Yorkshire County Cricket Club and England’s second highest wicket-taker (in one-day internationals), the one and only Darren Gough helping you improve your game. For one day, on Thursday 21 April 2016, Darren will be at Marylebone Cricket Club, the Home of Cricket to coach an avid group of cricket loving individuals. Our colleague Martin who attended a previous event is still grinning ear to ear (we apologise for the poor quality picture, but if you read Martin’s post, you’ll know it’s worth publishing again to make his day!)

That spirit of giving back to our parents is what makes Mother’s Day or Father’s Day so special. But why keep the spirit down to two days? Seems far too insignificant for the remaining 363 days of the year. AND it doesn’t always have to be material. Precious moments spent with parents live on past the cards we send on Mother’s Day, blog posts about family…

Six Degrees of Separation: The Gift Experience Edition
First proposed in 1929 by Hungarian writer Frigyes Karinthy, six degrees of separation is the notion that anyone in the world can be connected through a chain of no more than six acquaintances. Since the introduction of this theory, many people have put it to the test, including Microsoft. After checking an astounding 30 billion electronic messages they confirmed that six degrees actually works – well almost. By studying these messages, they discovered that any two strangers are distanced on average by 6.6 degrees, which basically means you are connected to Mick Jagger or The Queen by a string of seven or fewer introductions! There is even a game called The Six…
