June is finally here! Although up until now we’ve been a bit unlucky when it comes to weather, we believe that the best of the sun is yet to come. Willow Foundation: Join in the July 2013 Bike Ride Fundraiser
Willow Foundation has been Red Letter Days’ charity partner since 2012. They do amazing work by being the only charity in the UK to help seriously ill 16 – 40 year olds living with life threatening conditions. We feel honoured that we can sometimes help them to give youngsters unique experience days out to remember (read more about our partnership with Willow here). So, we’re pleased to announce that their second annual bike ride for those over the age of 12 takes place on Sunday 21st July in Hertfordshire. Today We’re Celebrating…Space Day 2013
Tomorrow, the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC will be hosting Space Day 2013. This one day event is designed to celebrate the many scientific innovations which aid the seemingly impossible feat of space exploration and help us to understand our galaxy, whilst encouraging young students to consider careers in the field.
