Tips for New Mums
Mother’s Day is a great excuse for us to sing the praises of the latest mum from our department here at Red Letter Days. Hayley left recently to have her second daughter, and baby Charlotte was a big hit when she came into the office recently, with Hayley and big sister Annabelle. It goes without saying we abandoned our desks and Hayley and the girls became the centre of attention. Charlotte slept on despite a chorus of cooing around her, Annabelle showed us her funky shoes and excitedly announced that she would be 4 the following day. Hayley showed the calm and patience she is famous for as we sat her down for…

The Bucket List – View from The Shard & Champagne Afternoon Tea at The Sofitel St. James
It’s March and the days are finally getting longer and lighter, which means no more waking up in the dark! Trees are blossoming, birds are chirping and spring is poking its way out of the soil. And on that happy note, our Bucket List project to help others #LiveALittle continues… This month, we decided to treat two ladies who’ve been friends forever. We started talking with Sarah and Donna, and discovered these established bloggers were lifelong friends who stay in regular contact, despite living in Lancashire and Essex respectively. Both are continually busy with work, family and blogging obligations, yet they still find the time to meet regularly in London and experience something…

Our First Ambassador Event – with Cake Boy
We recently announced that we’d started working with 5 blogger ambassadors, including Kip and Louise (more about them here.) For the occasion of our very first bloggers’ event, the pair help us bring together 9 other bloggers from all corners of the blogosphere, resulting in an eclectic mix of writers on fashion, crafts, technology, family, cuisine and more besides. We could think of no better host for this special event than Eric Lanlard (aka Cake Boy), one of our favourite partners. Cue a full day of cake-based revelry beginning with a Q&A session, then a cupcake decorating class and ending with a luxury afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is a subject close to our…

So, we’ve compiled a list of 10 things that turn 10 this year and let’s just say, we think you should prepare to be shocked!

The Bucket List – The Three Horseshoes Hotel and Spa
As part of our plan to help others #LiveALittle in 2017, we promised we’d celebrate #BucketListThursdays by providing one person (or couple) a month with an experience to tick off their list! And we’ve done just that. The Three Horseshoes Country Inn and Spa is located on Blackshaw Moor, near Leek, in Staffordshire. Offering panoramic views of rolling green countryside and the peaks of the nearby National Park, it’s a paradise for photographers, ramblers, honeymooners and more. In fact, its location is so perfect, there’s been an inn at the same site since the early 1800s. Fast-forward to 2017, and the Country Inn and Spa is a tastefully decorated hotel with…
