Christmas adverts have been getting bigger, better and more competitive every year for some time now. They’ve turned from adverts into mini films complete with story lines, heartwarming characters and hit music. Christmas is coming, and no moose-take! A new intern arrived at Red Letter Days this summer. We’re used to enthusiastic youngsters joining our herd to learn moose skills, but this little guy took things to the next level. Despite having an important winter job back at home in the northern hemisphere, we persuaded him to stay on until Christmas as our official mascot. Muggles just itching to get back into the wizarding world depicted in the Harry Potter series will be enchanted with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, out in cinemas today! No, Harry, Hermione and Ron aren’t back, and the film’s set in America, but the bits we know and love are basically the same. Magicians live discreetly alongside non-maj (that’s USA English for muggles), who are totally unaware of the existence of their world.
